wanted to get this one out of the notes. written circa june 2018, recorded 5 days ago.

mixing is rough but hey, i think only ill care about that.

i remember being super proud of the last 4 bars. how far we come.

reflexes can be severely underdeveloped
sluggish on the draw like a foot to a bass pedal

you’d think being in control would net just that
in reality it shows me the depth that i lack
rational mentalities mixed with steep caution

thats a representation for my future friendship prospects
phone calls from same varied three digit numbers
i wonder if this is payback for those cruel summers
they ask me how i cope, i say tupperware, they look confused
in life you get to pick and choose, i dont make the rules
GAD tatted on my upper torso, block letters
lay me up in my casket, stock gestures
young with odd issues, cocked senses
missed prom but college accepted, the crock pot mixes
hot box missions in my homies sport vintage
snotty topped vixens in these cold dark districts
i watch atop crickets as my boys pop prescriptions
start to wonder why I’m the only one who isn’t.
